It's getting to that time of year again!  Our annual fire alarm testing is coming up for January 11th, 2017.  This is an important annual maintenance check for our apartments to keep all residents safe.  Keep an eye out in your mailbox for the official notice and remember to mark this important inspection in your calendars!!!!

That is a valid question!  The townhouse deck project will have to be extended past  the planned November end date.  The safety of our residents is a priority and in light of that the ALL Board had to terminate our contract with the initial company due to shortfalls with safety and deficiencies in their repairs. We are hoping to have much of the work completed early January 2017.

We can all see that some of our more challenging construction challenges have been completed with the townhouses being one of the final projects to be completed for the year.  Please be patient as crews attempt to complete important project.

Dear Residents, the A.L.L. Board thanks you for your patience as we undergo construction in the Apartments' Garage.  A week has gone by and the project is still on target!  Please be aware that as you choose your parking space, ensure that you park in places designated for parking. We ask that you do not park in the Fire Lanes, Roadways, or Loading Zones; the Fire Lanes & Roadways need to be clear for emergencies and the Loading Zones need to be clear for loading, unloading & community garbage collection.  Please know that on recent garbage collection days, our garbage was not collected as cars blocked the zone.  Thank you for your understanding.

To ensure the continued maintence & fair use of the Apartment's Amenity Room, the A.L.L. Board of Directors have made a slight change to the Terms & Conditions for its use.  The deposit for use of the room has changed from $50 to $250 where the deposit will be returned and/or destroyed if there is no damage to the room.  As well, due to the increased deposit for room use, the Board felt it would be fair to ensure that individuals that book the room would receive exclusive use of the room during their booked time.

Have you heard of Pokemon Go?  This is a new game where players use their phones to find "Pokemons" around our city and virtually capture them.  Why is this important to residents at Arbour Lake?  Community safety! The Arbour Lake Gazebo was virtually set up (not by us) as a game "Pokestop".  This means some residents and children in our neighborhood may wander to our Gazebo to collect virtual lives for their phone game or catch Pokemons!  So if you are driving through our complex, keep an eye out for players accidentally focused on their phone.
